It has also been shown that Zovirax Cold Sore Cream speeds up the healing process for cold sores that have already formed. IngredientsThe active ingredient is Aciclovir (5% w/w). The other ingredients are Dimeticone, Propylene Glycol, Poloxamer 407, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, White Soft Paraffin, Liquid Paraffin and Purified WaterDirectionsAdults and children: apply 5 times daily for 5 days starting at first sign of a cold sore (blister or tingle stages). If healing has not occured continue for a further 5 days.
